A memory of a lifetime, this live painting service can help capture the magic of your special day. Sally will arrive at your venue and paint a moment of you and your sweetheart, along with a background of your choosing.
Starting at $60
Work with the artist to create the perfect gift or piece to hang at home! Sally can paint pet portraits, favorite family photos, or memorial pieces for a passed loved ones. She is also able to work within a certain budget if needed.
$150/hourly
Create a unique memory for your event guests with Sally’s live portraits. With either a photo or the subject as live models—within 5-15 minutes— she can create portrait drawings for them to take home and enjoy.
Live Painting Process:
• Prior to the party, a moment in time (of your choice) during the wedding will be selected for Sally to paint. **
• She will arrive a few hours before the event occurs to begin painting the background. Then she will take reference photos at the event and she will start painting the couple thereafter.
• Painting begins at the event, continues through the wedding and reception, and will be completed at her studio.
• Art arrives protectively varnished, gallery wrapped and ready to hang.
• Delivery within two to four months.
• Free hand delivery if local to Orange County, or shipping via FedEx at a flat rate of $150.
**In the event that hotel fees for distance are required, they will be quoted to you at time of the booking discussion.

After discussion and decision to move forward, a contact will be sent electronically with the details of your order.
Sizes offered in 5x7”, 8x10”, 9x12”, 11x14”,18x24” and 24x30”
• Select your favorite reference photo, and send it to the artist so she can get your painting started! She is able to take multiple photos and combine them if needed.
• Next, choose your desired canvas size, painting style and format, vertical or horizontal.
• Once the plan is created, you will receive a contract and invoice to secure your spot on Sally’s order list. Turn around times will vary, but will be thoroughly communicated to you throughout the process. Reach out to her here to get started!
Pricing starts at 60$ for a 5x7” with simple background color, and up to 3 people max.
Custom Acrylic Commission Process:
3 people completed at 5 minutes each
Custom Live Portrait Process:
Minimum 4 hours at a $150 flat rate
Maximum 3 people in a drawing
During our consultation, I will offer my different paper and portrait options.
Toned or white paper
Size choice of 3.5” x 5” or 8.25” x 11.75” **
I arrive at the venue of your choosing, and offer guests to come up and take a photo of themselves at my self-serve kiosk, and write down their names on a list.
Guests can come by throughout the event and check if their portraits are completed for pick-up.
Any portraits that still need completion or haven’t been picked up by the end of the night will be sent to the event hosts at a later date to be mailed to guests.
Can complete at a rate of about 10 people an hour
For every hour paid to draw guests, Sally can complete two more after the event, bringing the total to 12 portraits per hour.
Example : At a 5 hour event, Sally will complete 60 people’s portraits max.
If two or three people are drawn together, those drawn will still count as two or three portraits.
Watercolor pencils, ink and watercolor will be used to complete these!
** The smaller the size, the more detail the portrait will be completed with.
